Greg has consistently assembled a professional team that over a handful of significant projects ranging from a renovation of an existing cottage through the complete construction and oversight of cottage builds in the neighbourhood of 5000 square feet plus boathouse and garages.
Greg has assisted in the design, budgeting, general contracting, coordination of multiple trades, problem solving and time management of these projects when in most cases I was not even able to be at the sight for weeks on end. My level of trust evolved to the point where Greg was able to make on the fly decisions that mitigated construction holdups and extra cost and kept the project on time.
Our most recent project Greg provided a total cost approach and hired and managed all involved in the construction and completion dates including warranties and charge backs. The project completed early.
